Alexandra is a driven professional with an extensive background in banking, finance, investment, and with passion for real estate. Having spent more than 20 years navigating the complexities of financial markets and advising clients on strategic investment decisions, she brings a unique skill set to the world of real estate. As a VP and Portfolio Manager at Pacific National Bank (PNB) in Miami, she managed an investment portfolio of $260 million, specializing in structured securities. Prior to PNB, she worked for seven years as a senior Financial Analyst at CERA, an IHS affiliate, in MA. She managed a $60 million annual operation budget and monthly forecast and contributed to the company's success by completing financial profitability reports. Alexandra holds a Graduate Certificate of Special Studies (CSS) with a concentration in Administration and Management from Harvard University in Boston, MA. Additionally, she earned a MS in Economics from Universidad Catholica Guayaquil, Ecuador.
