Since 2003 Carlos has ranked among the top sales teams at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty, leading development efforts for Town Center One and communities like Downtown Dadeland, Marquesa, Coral Pointe and Monterey Gardens. He later handled significant REO dispositions for Fannie Mae, averaging roughly 75 closings a year, while also managing executive office portfolios in Brickell, Dadeland and Miami Beach. His experience owning businesses gives him a sharp read on buyer and seller priorities, from confidentiality and staff concerns to price, risk and smooth transitions. He is results-driven and a creative negotiator, active in the Business Brokers of Florida. Previously he worked in consulting at IBM and in finance at JP Morgan Chase advising on capital structure, strategy and key transactions.
