Kim has spent the last decade living and working in Miami, London, Bermuda, Hong Kong and the Cayman Islands before making her way back home to Coconut Grove, Florida.

Having worked and lived overseas for over ten years, and as an investor and home owner herself in the Miami real estate market, Kim has a keen insight into the needs and opportunities available to global international investors, as well as being ideally placed to advise local home buyers and sellers on their purchase or acquisitions here in Miami.

Kim is a Coconut Grove resident and has extensive knowledge of the Grove, Coral Gables and Brickell which allows her to seamlessly match her clients with their dream home or ideal investment properties. She maintains close contacts with developers in these areas and is ideally placed to advise on acquisitions in upcoming developments (in many cases before they reach the open market).
