Based in Miami, Rod Alonso offers a rare combination of local insight, market expertise, and long-standing experience in South Florida real estate. A resident of Edgewater and a licensed real estate professional since 2003, he serves clients throughout South Florida. A University of Miami engineering graduate, Rod brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to every transaction, combining analytical precision with hands-on experience to help clients make informed decisions. He works with both buyers and sellers, guiding them step-by-step through the process with market knowledge, clarity, and communication. Fluent in English and Spanish, Rod is deeply connected to the community and previously served as President of the Morningside Civic Association, a homeowner’s association focused on historic preservation and the protection of cultural heritage. Outside of real estate, he enjoys running, discovering new restaurants, and fueling up with Miami’s favorite staple—Cuban coffee.
